TV Review: The Outsider

This was TV show #6/20 that I watched for my 20 for 2020 challenge. This series premiered on January 12, 2020 on HBO.

This is going to be a pretty quick review. I wasn't a huge fan of this show. I was pretty disappointed with what the show turned out to be. The first few episodes showed a lot of potential, but then it kind of went in a weird direction. It was kind of hard to follow and it got pretty boring for me towards the end. I think it would have been better to cut out some of the filler content and have less episodes. I don't know how they made something both boring and confusing at the same time. I really don't know how it's possible to do that. I don't think it was easy to translate the book to the show, and I think there were some major things that were lost in translation.

There were some cool shots. The score was cool and creepy. And the acting was fine. I don't really have any complaints about any of that.

That's pretty much all I have to say. I didn't really like it. It was too boring and confusing. I'd give it a 4/10. I'm probably in the minority for this one. Do you agree with me? Let me know down below.
