Movie Review: Palm Springs

This was movie #8/20 (#21 overall) that I watched for my 20 for 2020 challenge. This movie was released on Hulu on July 20, 2020. My review will be spoiler-free.

I decided to watch this movie mainly because of Andy Samberg. I’ve been really happy with the movies of his that I’ve seen. I’m always on the lookout for new 2020 movie releases to watch, and this looked like one of the very few quality movie releases that are coming out these days. I also thought it just looked pretty.

I liked this movie! There were some pretty funny moments. I went into the movie not really knowing anything about it, and I think that was a good way to go into it. I thought the plot was interesting. I liked the entire cast. I didn’t know Camila Mendes was in this, so I was happy to see her. I was also really happy to see Peter Gallagher and Tyler Hoechlin. I liked the aesthetic of the houses and scenery. And I thought the romance was actually pretty cute.

I don’t really have much to say, other than I liked it! I thought it was really cute. I think a lot of people would enjoy watching this movie. I’d give this a 7/10. Have you watched this movie? Please let me know your thoughts down below!
